Never to be Forgotten:
David Ryall 1935-2014

British character actor David Ryall, best known to younger audiences as Elphias Doge in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, died at the age of 79 on Christmas Day. He was often cast on British TV as grumpy old bastards over the past few decades, playing Winston Churchill in three different productions. His other credits in genre include Automata, Witchcraft [1992 TV], The Borrowers [1992 TV], Truly Madly Deeply, Blakes 7 and Once Upon a Time [1973 TV].

Best wishes to the family and friends of David Ryall, from a fan. He is never to be forgotten.
